I’ve been very happy with the swivels.
Stumbled upon this looking for a quality leather sling for a newly purchased lever action rifle. Came across this offering out of Detroit, Michigan. Truly amazing quality, handcrafted, you won’t be disappointed.
Looking for a brown one now, for my 99.
If you want to make the right purchase the first time with ever looking back, this is the place to get it.
Great quality. Meant to order the sliders but goofed on the order and decided to keep these and put them on two other rifles. Will be ordering a couple of sliders soon for the rifles I wanted the other two for.
If only I did receive 2 F-Slider slings my last order. Instead I received 2 traditional ones. May have been my mistake. I already sent you a review of my first Order which was for the slider sling accompanied with a photo. Didn’t want to hassle with returning the last items so I decided to just keep them.
This is a great quality sling, easy to adjust and handsome with my Winchester Model 70 Featherweight's wood stock. Detroit leather is extremely responsive to any questions before and after the sale and ships quickly.
The sling compliments the nostalgia look my Mossberg 590 Retrograde perfectly.
I have two old "Tiger" rifles, made in Spain in the 1920s. Copies of the Winchester 1892. They came from the factory with sling swivels. I looked all over the place for slings like the originals, and had no luck. Then I came back home to Detroit and found what I was looking for at Detroit Leather Shop. Absolutely perfect.

I cannot get over the quality and craftsmanship of this leather gear. Why put a boring mass produced product on your rifle when you can enhance it with a handcrafted masterpiece of form and function.

Nicely made.
It took me a while to find high quality Stainless Steel Sling Swivels, these are just what i was looking for!
Thank you!
Exactly what I was looking for. Premium feel and flexibility.
I was on the fence when buying a sling online, considering several shops initially. The rifle I bought was a bit spendy and I intend it to be an heirloom I can pass down to my children someday. I went with my gut, spent a bit more and bought from what appeared to be a genuinely hand made item by a smaller retailer. I was not disappointed! The quality of what I received exceeded my expectations; it was shipped and in my hands very quickly, and will certainly last for years to come!
Love them so much, perfect color to match my brass accented rifle. Thanks
