Refund policy

         We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


         To start a return, you can contact us at  detroitleathershop@gmail.com to request return approval. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage, Defects and Other Issues
         Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
         Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products, special orders, sale items and gift cards.


Exchanges
         The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
         We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Generally, the refund will be made using your original payment method. We may, in our discretion, issue your refund using a payment method different from the method by which you paid. 

              Payments made by U.S. Postal Money Order will be refunded by check. Understand that you will bear the risk of crypto currency price fluctuations in the event that you seek a refund for a purchase made with crypto currency. Refunds of payments made by crypto currency will be made in an amount equal to the purchase price in USD or in the same number of crypto units with which you paid, whichever is lower. Refunds may be delayed in our discretion until such time as we have confirmed that your payment has cleared. Please be patient for refunds to be be processed.
